UKIP is a libertarian party and is committed to protecting the UK's sovereignty from being ruled by Europe.
Choice and hope, we have come from last place 5 years ago in 2010 to second in the past 2 elections here
(2014 European and 2015 Parliamentary) to Labour who have held control of the area for over a century. Parts of Caerphilly have now been described as the most deprived in Wales, we have a Labour MP, Labour AM and Labour council and things are getting worse as I believe those elected have become complacent with the area, the people in Caerphilly are crying out for change and its on their way!
It is an undemocratic political union, ruled by unelected European Commissioners who are accountable to no-one. We have no say as a country in rules made by the EU and it costs a fortune for our membership. We can have a free trade arrangement without being in the EU and loosing our sovereignty as a nation. Not only do I want the UK to leave the European Union, I would like to see a complete break up of the European Union and an end of its expansionist agenda, which is like a pyramid scheme desperate for growth, blinding new members about what they are about to loose.
I can clearly recognise that our support is evolving and that UKIP is too its becoming more organised as a party and still remains true to its Libertarian cause.
I believe that when people are aware of the truth they will be able to make the right choices. Many political parties have tried to use their media to spin lies about UKIP and when people realise it it back fires, it was due to PR attacks on UKIP that I first found out about the party and wanted to find out more for myself, when I did I joined the party, despite initially being taken in my some o the negative PR.
We now live in a 'Big Brother' world, surveillance has gone too far as many would say and I would agree with that to an extent, but then we have threats to our way of life and if you have nothing to hide what is there to worry about?
When not campaigning for UKIP, I like to spend as much time as I can with my family, I am married with two daughters aged three and two and my wife is currently pregnant with the baby due in the next few days.
Ystradfellte falls, it is a beautiful part of the Brecon Beacons where there are a number of picturesque waterfalls it was behind the "Sgwd yr Eira" waterfall where I proposed to my wife.
